Alignment Health Private Limited (“Circle Health”) is providing subscription-based medical services to the end consumers and Circle Health wish to provide smooth booking and cancellation of Services experience to end consumers and in this regard Circle Health is outlined below the policy for the cancellation and refund. The terms and conditions mentioned under the Terms of Use published at circlehealth.in shall be read along with this policy.
Delivery of Services:
Upon successful receipt of order from the User, including the subscription fees, Circle Health shall deliver Services (as defined in the subscription plan) to end consumers as soon as possible per the subscription plan through an in-house team or through third-party service provider or through any other person as may be nominated by the Circle Health.
Cancellation and Refund:
The cancellation of the subscription during the course of the continuity of Services shall be allowed with prior approval of Circle Health and refund of the unutilized proportionate subscription fees shall be subject to the following terms;
The time and schedule of appointment for any Services are indicative and are subject to change as per the terms of Services. Circle Health shall reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment of the subscriber without any prior notice.
The consumers are allowed to reschedule or cancel the Service without any reason.
In case the consumer is non-responsive or fails to complete the appointments scheduled by the Circle Health, then Circle Health reserves the right to cancel the appointment.
If a consumer cancel the appointment they are allowed to reschedule the appointment during the subscription plan in coordination with Circle Health team.
If Consumer wishes to discontinue the Services during the subscription period then the consumer [may get the refund/not get the refund of the subscription fee]
If Consumer requests for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the consumer is entitled for a new appointment (at no extra cost) only if the request is submitted 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
[Any amount due for refund shall be processed within 15 (fifteen) business working days from the date of the refund request, subject to all terms and conditions being met successfully. Refunds will always be made via electronic transfer of funds.]
Circle Health shall not be held responsible for any loss damage caused to consumer due to cancellation or reschedule of the appointment.
